I have called Walgreens 3 times and waited ten minutes each time before hanging up. I went to the store only to find the old drop off is now next to pick-up. It would seem you have to wait in line with people picking up just to ask for a re-fill. I didn't have time to wait so I went up front to pay for some items only to find no one at the registers. One person stocking and the other in a back room. No one at the registers. I hope this is not the Walgreens norm but rather just a change adjustment.
I feel the staff is super friendly and helpful, however do not call them. It takes over 10 minutes on hold everytime!!!!!!
