Chatham Hall is a wonderful boarding school for girls. We were new to the boarding school experience when we started looking for our daughter. She was accepted to five schools across the east coast, but Chatham Hall was our favorite. As soon as we stepped on campus, it felt like home. Students are challenged but supported. They have the freedom to fail, but still thrive at the same time. Our older daughter loves the school and our younger daughter will join next year. As a mother, I never worry and know that the staff will take care of our daughters just like I would. We are so happy we chose Chatham.

Chatham Hall is not just an all girls school it’s a school for all kinds of girls. You can be a scientist or a soccer player or an artist or all three. The school does a wonderful job of meeting girls where they are and opening whole new worlds to them. My daughter has made friends from around the country and around the world. She’s developed relationships with faculty and coaches who are inspiring mentors. She’s taking classes that challenge her and expand her areas of interest.nChatham is in a charming small town and has a lovely campus with lots of green space. It feels safe and welcoming even in uncertain times.nMy daughter is always excited to return to campus after breaks and really, what more could we ask for?

Bring there always held promise for a bright future- somewhere far away. In the meantime, I was immersed in the beauty of the place, the routine of studies and breaks from studies, under careful supervision, when I romped with friends and enjoyed hilarious imaginings! Here’s to the grand old school, which had re-emerged as a cutting-edge education for a girl. And I fo not know where I could have gotten a better education myself.
