My hot water went out this week and Just Water Heaters quickly came out and addressed my problem. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. It hard to find a company that actually explains everything and makes sure you fully understand what’s going on. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs help with their water heater.
Our 15 year old gas water heater needed to be replaced and brought up to code. We received 4 estimates. All were close in price. We chose Just Water Heaters because their price included installing a water heater with a 9 year warranty, obtaining the required permit, coordinating the inspection, and providing an easy to understand estimate with no upsell pressure, all at the same or lower price than others. The install was quick and professionally done.
We where in need of help our water heater burst. We called them. The returned the call. The person on the phone was very helpful. They got our information, they came out saw the problem. Gave us a price to fixed it. Did the work. The workers were nice, efficient, clean and when they left we had hot water I would recommend this company anytime and to anyone. Steve C.
