Absolutely do not use them. I called them on Friday due to my heat being out. A tech could make it on Saturday. Saturday he showed up and troubleshoot the problem. The part was not available till Monday due to the RUUD parts department not being open. Luckily my brother was off work Monday and I did not have to take the day off. Monday I get call at 930 am the the tech has the part and tells me the price and the install fee. I agree and assume when I get home it will be a done deal. I get home form work at 400 pm on Monday and the tech still had not shown up. Nor has he gotten back with me or my brother (which I gave him my brothers phone number and he knew my brother would be home all day Monday). When I call the tech when I get home, he is on another job doing an install. I called the home office, and the after hours tech is the only one there, but for him to go and pick up the part off the other guys truck and do the work its an extra $150. Your staffing issues are not my problem. I have been without heat for Friday, Saturday, Sunday an now most of Monday. I am still waiting for the tech to show up, and its 630 pm and, he will be here when he can.nMy advice call another company. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.

They responded w/in 24hrs and discussed issue before coming. After speaking with us said an air gap wasn't needed due to the way the hoses were set up. Saved us the cost of needless work. Then sent an email explaining this again for our home inspection contract.Im so impressed with their integrity and professionalism. Thank you.

I had technician tc bobbit out to my home in order to diagnose why my ac wasn't working. not only did he figure out what was wrong but he had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism, would absolutely recommend a1 American.

Recently had A1 service my shower and Keon came and did a phenomenal job. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed and repaired my shower in quick time and answered all my questions thoroughly. Thank you Keon for getting me back right! I would absolutely recommend A1 American to my friends and family.

Jeremy S. my service provider was on time , professional and knowledgeable about my plumping replacements. I will use A-1 American again when plumbing work is needed.
