David and his team were very professional and knowledgeable! They were friendly and easy to work with. They even allowed my young kids to watch and ask questions. They cleaned up everything before they left and kept me well informed. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

It was right before Christmas and we were desperate for someone to come help us with a major leak in our kitchen. I was recommended from a family member to call TPT and I have never been more satisfied with not only concern for our well being but also professionalism with the entire staff. The owner David came out and made us feel very comfortable and confident that his staff could fix our issue. We postponed until after Christmas and the staff came out, quickly repaired our major leak in our kitchen and living room and even came back out when we thought we had another leak (turns out it was our washer). We could not be happier with our experience, they are honest, good people who work with you to give you what you need at a reasonable price. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed, I promise!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!nThese people are amazing!! I called in the morning and that had someone out within hours. The 4 individuals that worked on the issue we respectful, and treated my home with care. If you have any isses with leaks or pipes these are your people to fix it!! The price was great and I didnt have to worry about a thing! Thank you!!

Been in contact and was told a scope would cost $250. Scheduled the appointment a week later and the plumber had to remove the toilet to scope. The removal/reinstall of the toilet cost an additional $125! If I would have known this, I would have removed the toilet myself. The plumber then started making excuses of being in Newport News which costs more in gas money and how the drive takes up a lot of his time. He also mentioned to throw water on the floor and make a false insurance claim. Very shady and will make up excuses to charge extra.

The team at Trenchless Pipe was great to work with. I had a broken pipe in the slab foundation of my home. They came in took care of the immediate clean up, worked with my insurance company and once approved they removed the concrete, replaced the piping, replaced the concrete, replaced the tile floor in about one week. They were professional, timely and communicated above expectations.
