I purchased an engagement ring through Hauser’s and had a fantastic experience. I primarily worked with Ed, but interacted with a few other employees. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Ed kept me up to date on every step of the process and helped work through any issues that came up. He sat with me countless times as I couldn’t make up my mind and did not once try to pressure me into anything. The ring turned out perfect, right on time, and at a fantastic price. I can’t recommend Hauser’s enough and I look forward to coming back in for future purchases.
