Venture Apartments in Tech Center

I would give them six stars if I could of all the apartment complexes I've ever lived in my life the staff was the most attentive and willing to help. Before I even moved in, I had a new bed that was delivered ahead of schedule and one of the staff members put it in my apartment without me even having to ask so it wasn't sitting in the hall for days. That impressed me before I even got there. I will definitely miss them!

It has been a very busy few weeks since arriving back in the US; however, our entire experience with the staff at Venture has been almost seamless to me. It a lot of pressure or emails to get us to move in. While we were overseas, Megan gave us a virtual tour of an apartment and yet we still were undecided on the location and wanted to check out other properties. We ended up coming right back to Venture. Thanks ladies. We are looking forward to living here.

Everyone is awesome here! Lightening fast response times. Friendly staff. Beautiful community. I love that it’s walking distance to Whole Foods, Starbucks, and the gym!

Lived there for about 8 months in 2018 on a short term lease. Great experience and amenities. At the time it was still brand new and there was still on going construction so that loses one star for me. Otherwise nice staff, social events, residents and property overall. I would recommend for contractors in need of housing. It's better than hotel life and in a great location.

This is a great place to live! The property is beautiful and amenities are the best. We love our neighbors and feel safe living here. The staff here work hard to ensure our safety and satisfaction. Ana is the hardest worker in the property. She keeps the property spotless and is incredibly friendly. Only wish all amenities were available 24/7, but it’s totally understandable due to the the uptick in COVID cases.
