HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNING We had Fowler HVAC come to our home to service our AC. When he finally got here we ask him to wear a mask in our home. He told me he wasn't sure he even had a mask with him. After deciding he wouldn't need to enter the home, he began telling me he thinks this virus that is killing so many people is a hoax. According to him the virus is no worse than the flu.nAfter he left I wondered if I should say anything to warn others. It took 24 hours for me to make up my mind. I am leaving this review as my personal duty to the safety and well being of everyone.nIf your using Fowler HVAC in your home you need to be aware this person does not take any precautions to keep your family or his own safe from the covid virus. Having someone like this come into your home is a little like playing Russian Roulette.

Having moved to Orange I didn’t know who to call when my AC no longer functioned. Asking around, my friends and family mentioned Fowler. I called and they came that very day! Price was acceptable and service outstanding. I highly recommend them

We had Fowler HVAC install our central AC 7+ years ago and we haven't had any issues with it until last week. Suddenly the compressor wouldn't kick on and we spent a very hot weekend without AC. I called Fowler first thing Monday morning and they returned my call quickly and worked me into their schedule the same day. They arrived earlier than anticipated and resolved the issue quickly, and much to my relief very affordably. They told me I should have called over the weekend and they would have come out to take care of it; now I know! While they were here I mentioned an issue with our hot water heater and they discovered that it was not reparable, but returned within a few hours to replace it for us. Fowler HVAC has always been very polite and courteous to us and response times are very quick and they provide an honest product for a fair price. If you'd rather pay for a fancy fleet of trucks and celebrity commercials, then go ahead, but if you want a local company that can do the job, then you can count on Flower HVAC.
