Worst u-haul franchise. I made reservations for pick on a Saturday was told to call uhaul help line to get keys and then was informed wasn't a 24hr pick location after driving a hour to get my uhaul. Highly false commutation details and dysfunctional company. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS LOCATION!
