I did not have the best experience and left the store upset. I didn’t enjoy the confrontation about returning parts that I bought earlier today. Nothing was wrong but was unaware my mechanic didn’t like using the certain type of parts I got. It became a “I told you so” type moment from the lady I bought them from which wasn’t helpful because my car still isn’t fixed and I left empty handed. I just wanted to get out of there by that point. Not everyone knows about auto parts, terms, etc. I was just getting what my father wrote down for me to get, and the parts a associate there helped him pick out. The other associate that was there didn't ask any questions and was friendly and helpful processing my return. The lady just came out of no where and made the transaction upsetting. Probably won’t return.
