I was 70 miles from my house when my jeep broke down. I didn't know the area and I was told to call Carroll's. I spoke with them and they said they could take care of me. They gave me a number for Jerry's towing so I called them and they was there in 15 minutes. Carroll's had oderd the parts to repair my jeep before I had gotten there. They did the repair and back on the road within about a hour. Great service, very friendly. Thank you guys so much.
Brought my Nissan Pathfinder in today for repairs to my driver side window. Wouldn’t roll up properly and asked them to take a look at it.I thought the motor was going bad but they called back and said the window track just needed to be greased up. Told me no charge because he didn’t have to spend much time on it! That is honest 5 star service! Will definitely bring my vehicle back to them for everything.
