Bayside Ford service has been servicing my car for 2 years and my family ever since they were Rosner! Same group of people, they do exceptional work! Ask to speak with Afton or Taylor, they are delightful!
Took my 2010 F150 to Bayside Ford in King George, VA on December 28, 2020 due to check engine light and wrench indicator illuminated. Bayside Ford Service performed diagnostic test and discovered Codes indicating internal transmission issues. Issues required repair/replacement of the Transmission. Bayside Ford Replace the Transmission and the F150 was ready for pickup on Feb 26, 2021. This date is nine weeks and 5 days after taking the vehicle to Bayside Ford. When I picked the vehicle up I was told that the repair came with a 3 year unlimited miles warranty but was not provided any paperwork initially. When I followed up on the Warranty it was emailed to me. I was charged $1000.00 core charge and when asked if that was refundable to me now that Bayside has the core from my vehicle I was told yes and that it was a mistake on the bill and would be refunded to me.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. Love Bayside Ford!
Great service as always. Had no problem. Went there for oil change, in and out within an hour.
I made a great deal on a 2019 Ford F-250 at Bayside Ford. From sales to finance to vehicle prep it was a great experience.
