The ladies working inside the store were very friendly and very helpful. The clothes selection is very nice, and the prices are impossible to beat! They said their stock would be growing, as it shrank a good bit during the pandemic. I recommend this store.
I have lived in the area for more than 5 years and I have shopped here several times. The staff were always pretty helpful, the store seemed fairly well kept and organized. In all it was what you would expect for a department store setup. However, yesterday I placed an order online (didn't really feel like sifting through tons of stuff for what I wanted) In checking out I noticed that it was available for in-store pickup, and even drive up. Wow! That has changed my mind entirely. The process was so simple that I barely even had to think about it. And FAST! This is an awesome addition to being able to buy locally and support employees here. Thank you for the great work!

They have no help their clothes are very ugly and they don't have and don't even sale what is in the sale paper I use to love shopping in the South Boston belk store not so much anymore
Always enjoy shopping there they have great selection and people who work there very friendly
