I wish I could review Gutterworx based on their quality of work; however, since they can't be bothered to return calls, I can only review them overall as a company.nnWe've been trying to get them to come to our house to replace the soffit and put in new gutters since June. The owner called us back while he was on vacation (so initial bonus points for that) and said he would come by and give us a quote when he got back. Over two weeks went by and we never heard from him. So, we called again. He was very apologetic, saying he forgot while he was out of town. No problem, I completely understand. He said he would be out to our home for to work up our quote.nnHe finally came out, took some measurements, and said he would call that afternoon with our total. That evening came and went with no phone call. As did the rest of that week, and the next week. Nothing from them. We called back and the person who answered the phone said someone would get back in touch with us. Still nothing. That was in the beginning of JULY. I shouldn't have to beg a company to let me give them money for doing work.nnI understand that our job wasn't going to be a big moneymaker for them. We had purchased most of the materials for the soffit, and I know that they lose some money there since they can't mark up the materials they bring to the job. I understand how business works. However, we needed them to install new gutters all the way around our home, and they would have charged us something to install the soffit materials. I guess our money isn't important to them, since they can't be bothered to return our calls. I understand this is the busy season for this type of work, but if you're so busy that you can't return a phone call over the course of over a month, then you need to hire more people. If it takes two months of phone calls to get even a price quote, I'd hate to see how long it takes for them to actually show up and perform the work requested.
