I found the staff very nice there it was our first time going there are very friendly I have a good feeling about the doctor that we were seen by,Dr.Layne was very considerate, professional, thorough and informative

Dr. Viennas is without a doubt, the worst doctor to represent EVMS. I had to wait one month to get in for a consultation. I have a large seroma that continues to fill with fluid, and my doctor deemed an emergency, she referred me to Dr. Viennas. At the first appointment he wasn't very clear about my case at all, could not find any fluid, and that concerned me. I asked he call my surgical oncologist as I had an appointment with her two days after. He did not contact her, my doctor new nothing of what was discussed with Dr. Viennas. We had to reschedule for another consultation, and I had to wait 3 more weeks. I wait for an hour for him to come in, to then again, know nothing about my case. I told him my Doctors office had emailed 83 pages of documents and MRi tests, he looked like a deer in headlights. Again, he knew nothing. He left me again for a few minutes, came back and then all of the sudden he realized it was an emergency and said he would get with his scheduler Carol, and she would call me with surgery details. One week goes by, I still had not heard anything, I called the hospital and asked to speak to Carol. She proceeds to tell me that he didn't send the orders for surgery and had no idea about my case either. I have been in pain for two years, and thought finally I would get some relief. I'm not blaming anyone but Dr. Viennas. He does ZERO research, knew nothing about my very rare cancer and what all I had been through. he let me down twice by telling me he would do something and then not do either. I took it upon myself to find another plastic surgeon/reconstructive surgeon and Have an appointment next week. So if you are considering any type of surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend you do some research and know he isn't the only guy in town.

Doctor Kwon is an awesome doctor but the intake workers are not about there business. I needed a copy of a prescription to give to my lawyer, after filling out a form and telling them exactly what I want they gave me a copy of my whole medical record that I did not want, they said they was going to call me but never did, I went back two weeks later to get what I did not want.The nurses and Doctor Kwon are awesome but the intake personnel need to learn how to follow instructions and have some love in there hearts because they are very inconsiderate and heartless
