Willfully unprepared for the restart if school. I understand they're trying their best but I really don't think they gave any of the instructors and training on zoom so the classes are full of technical issues. The other BIG issue I have is with the older guy in the library. Very hesitant to help and from what I've witnessed he relentlessly s**t talks everyone to the other librarian like he's king of the castle and everyone is are idiots. Very unpleasant guy in general.

Wouldnt recommend going here (portsmouth campus) or the norfolk campus...they do waaay too much and never have their stuff together but make it seems as if you the student dosent have your stuff together. Waste of money and time that you cannot get back.

Beautiful campus, great customer service but grossly understaffed for this time of the year.
