This is your typical run-of -the -mill dealer. I purchased a Tundra from them and traded in my 2008 Civic. They initially offered 500$ for the civic. When I told the salesman (Wendell) that I needed 1500$ he spent 20 minutes rambling about how it wasn’t worth 1500$; we eventually agreed on 1500$ trade in price and while I was in financing he purchased the car for himself. Pretty sleazy. The tundra had illegal Tint so I asked to have it removed. I was told it would take 3 hours to remove the tint and glue (I removed the glue myself in an hour). To top things off, the oil change on the truck was past due. Keep in mind this is a 40,000$ truck. When I got back to financing I was told my interest rate was 4.4%. I have excellent credit and contested this rate. Magically, the financing douche “made a phone call” and got me a much lower rate. Look elsewhere for your new vehicle

Best car buying experience ever! Damien Beale was a fantastic salesperson and manager John worked to get the very best deal. After a truly horrendous ordeal at another dealership the day prior, this was amazing. I highly recommend the dealership and service department even if you’re from out of town, it’s worth the drive.

Our initial experience was wonderful. Aerial was kind and seemed like she was willing to work with us. When she brought out the other guy, the one that looks like Caillou with cancer, things went downhill. He was very condescending. Talked down to us the whole time. We told him what we thought the truck was worth and he literally laughed and said “are you kidding me?” I genuinely understand if he didn’t like what we thought but to speak to someone in this type of way was insane. When the lack of a bed liner was mentioned, he did say they would easily add one. We also mentioned the dent on the front of the truck. It was easy for them to initially miss since the truck had just been traded in the day prior. After mentioning these things he said “Would a bed liner and removing the dent make you feel better?” The words themselves weren’t so bad but his tone was undermining. I went and waited in the car after that. It’s probably not a bad dealership but Cancer Caillou ruined it for us. I wouldn’t buy water from him if I was thirsty in hell.

WATCH OUT for the numbers with the deals here, rip off kings... they gave me a repeat customer discount ($1500) they also had $1000 rebate that was not included, added $999 for ‘added on’ with no answer to why. So I was only $500 below MSRP. Called them out on it and they dropped the deal, no response or call backs. Called to GM David after getting his email from him wanting customers to ‘challenge the deal’... after three calls no response, I drove 90 min to another dealer for the Jeep I needed, shame to be repeat customer and to have ever purchased from them in the past. Great deals out there, just not at Franklin Jeep!
