My experience was pretty good. As far as the oil change goes they did a great job. I can definitely tell the difference in the drive. The mechanic staff seemed to be shorthanded yet they still had knowledge of my needs and did their best to serve everyone and answer questions that customers had. The cashiers were very polite and friendly even though I know they were a little overwhelmed with all the traffic in that department. And lastly, the only complaint I have is that the waiting room was hot. It had no ac. But they did have a fan running in the corner and I was able to get next to it because no one else was using the room. It also had miniature arcade games for free play, a couple of bibles on hand and a coffee station. So overall my experience was pleasant!
Great service
No fault of the employees on staff. They need more people ended up waiting a little bit because the employee was the only one working the counter and was away from the counter to help with something else, again the employees are sweet and since there was a mistake with my order they told us what we needed to do to make a return and recommended a way to save money.
Absolutely the rudest people I have ever seen in customer service running the register. I feel sorry for the mechanics that have to work with someone like that.
I was passing through Franklin VA and noticed I needed an oil change along with topping off my fluids. The guys at the Auto Care Center really took care of me. Stepping out of their way to help me get back on the road. George even took time out of his day to help me decide on the correct fluids to put in my car. Really caring guys and really helped out an out-of-towner.
