I had a wonderful experience at Ocean Storage. The store manager, Tammy, greeted me professionally and was extremely kind, as well as, helpful. She patiently answered all of my questions about the storage property and process. Tammy made my decision to choose the right storage place painless and easy!! Which was a huge relief. She was so AWESOME!! I will definitely refer my family and friends in the future. If you’re in need of a nice, clean storage, with great prices and staff that care, you’ve found the place at Ocean Storage!!nn*Military friendly too!
Tammy the manager took care of us completely. She gave great detail about the units prices, size and security of the facility. She showed us three individual sizes. We even had to trade sizes at the last minute. She was able to put us both at ease. Tammy is a great asset to your company. Kind friendly and patient. I will definitely tell people to lease from Ocean storage.
I have been with Ocean Storage for a long time. I was originally at Ocean Storage off North Hampton. Sue is amazing and the customer service is second to none!!! I was sad when I had to relocate to Ocean Storage in Chesapeake, but Tammy and her staff are amazing as well. Awesome customer service seams to be the norm with Ocean Storage regardless what location you go with. I would highly recommend either location to anybody looking for a great place to store things. I don’t feel like a customer but part of the family!!!
The service I received was excellent. The attendant Tammy made a very stressful time for me a breeze. She was very friendly and helpful. I am extremely grateful to her and staff at Ocean Storage. The facility was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.
The manager was super friendly and very welcoming!! I had a reservation at another facility and after finding out that they couldn’t honor it I was very disappointed but the young lady in your facility turned a bad situation into me feeling very thankful that the other facility wasn’t available. Recommending to all my friends and family. THANK YOU!!!
