The guys here were so helpful. I needed to move my van and just had a cesarean section a few days before. They understood I have limited mobility and couldn't stand at the counter and helped me get a seat I could actually sit in comfortably. They helped me with every part of the process. I really appreciate them. It would have been nearly impossible to move in without their help. Perfect customer service. They raised the bar.

The lovely Mr. Jason has been ever so kind. I had issues last month from previous team members, but this gentleman really made my day in helping me. If you get a storage unit, go to the Holland Road one. Great staff, friendly environment, and wonderful work ethic! Thank you again Jason! ud83dude0a

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with this facility was top-notch! The manager Jason Lexa was incredibly helpful, and patient with me, walked me through the whole process as I’ve never rented a unit before, when I’m ready to rent I’ll definitely be renting from him! Also Kyle the office cat was the sweetest fellow! Definitely check this place out.n10/10

Short notice at the end of a work day I called Jack Rabbit to get some information. Jason answered the phone full of energy and eager to help me. Immediately I was interested in doing business there as already unseen the customer service was Excellent. I received the information needed and headed to the property to finalize the rental. Once I arrived I was greeted with the same positive energy as I received on the phone, this time by Tiffany and Jason. Tiffany help to complete the rental and was very pleasant and knowledgably about the property. She was very detailed orient about the space, insurance and policies. She also reminded me about the move in special to which I received a discount that I was not expecting. Just wanted to post this review because its very nice to get GREAT service, which appears to be the norm at this Jack Rabbit location. Jason and Tiffany were GREAT to work with and I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this property to store your goods.
