This storage facility is awesome. My last place was bought out by a large chain. No direct number to the facility! Also, the staff was apathetic, didn't return calls. Absolutely the opposite here. Process was smooth, had a discount for new account. The place, inside, outside, and the grounds are very well maintained. Timed lights as you walk in, auto lights as you walk in storage unit. (Move or they go off if you stand still for a bit! lol!) And a bathroom. My thoughts on this establishment are after being there for 3 months. The standards have not dropped. I'm very glad I chose Jack Rabbit.
I was greeted nicely by Carley, when I arrived and she took me through the whole process without any issues. Carley never hesitated to answer any question I had for her, she rolled answers back to me as quick as I asked a question. I like representatives that are knowledgeable, regarding their job and don't leave me thinking I didn't get all the information I was asking for, while the lease agreement was being completed. The fact that she is personable made it that much easier to get through the paperwork and begin moving items into a nice, clean storage space.
I was in need of a 10x10 unit and they had one left. When I called, Carley was able to help me out and hold the unit until I could come by later in the day. She was super friendly and very helpful. I appreciate the amazing customer service!
Autumn was very helpful and had great customer service skills and was able to provide the best size space for my needs.
Miss Carly did a fantastic job today . She was very professional with taking care of everything. Great person to have your your staff.
