This is my second time here ... yes SECOND time. So if that doesn't tell you something, then you just don't know me at all.nI only continue frequenting a place for 2 reasons. 1) I had a bad experience but the manager was convincing enough for me to give them a second chance or 2) I absolutely love the place from top to bottom. #2 is the reason for me returning my business here., Kirsten the manager is exactly what the definition of good manager is. I could go on and on (just ask them if I ramble LOL) Kirsten is so friendly and sincere but in the upmost professional way. I have felt welcome from the moment I stopped in to ask them if I could get a little quick tour, and asked them several times to make sure because it was veer[y clos to closing. Dyamond practically instated on me seeing the place. I'm sure she knew once I saw how clean and bright and fresh the place was I would definitely move in. Dyamond was RIGHT, i am actually beyond impressed with the cleanliness and shine on everting from the bottom to the top.in this facility. I could literally sit here most the night and name all the goods things about this place and the beyond the top customer survive provided. all I'm gonna say is.....This PLACE, the STAFF and MANAGMENT simply R O C K lllllll thank YOU Dyamond and Kirsten , Best Regards,nGarry Powell

Very impressed with the staff. There were issues with the elevator on our moving date. They went above and beyond to make things right. I have dealt with many storage companies over the years and can say so far this has been my best experience. Hope they put some others out of business. I highly recommend that anyone looking to use public storage to consider Mini Price.

Wonderful customer service and VERY CLEAN facility.nWe’ve been using them since February of this year. Sandra helped me today with a few questions I had regarding a move out and seemed happy to assist, not bothered like some customer service employees I’ve encountered from other businesses.
