Great experience - secure location with a gate and security cameras so we feel very comfortable keeping our RV stored there. Theresa was extremely helpful, going above and beyond and even completing our paperwork by hand when the computer was giving some issues. Very happy so far!
Super convenient location for me. All of the workers are very nice, sweet, and helpful. I am definitely satisfied with my items being stored here.
The experience with the Manager was excellent. I had my SUV shipped from Atlanta GA. The next day I came by to check on it and too to speak to the manager but she was not available. The door to the facility was closed and no sign indicating that there was no one on the property. As I was about to leave a young lady was coming in. I spoke to her to inform her that the vehicle parked was mine. She appeared to have no knowledge of the rental. She stated she was wondering who automobile was parked. That was very strange because she she have check the system out to see that the parking space was rented.
Gotta say...love my experience at the Freeman Ave. AAAA Storage facility. Never met a friendlier office manager, and the space I rent is just what I need. Being satisfied with my space is one thing... But the grounds are always clean…the office is always stocked with tasty candies, and the security fence gives peace of mind that I enjoy, not to mention the 24/7 access. It’s minutes from where I work downtown, right off the expressway, and my Airstream trailer has made good friends with the other boats and trailers in the hood. What more could a man and his trailer ask for?
