Jennifer made the rental process seamless! She was extremely responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and customer orientated. I could not be happier with my experience at My Storage thanks to Jennifer. Five Gold Stars! In addition, the building is spotless and it smells really good in there. I know that may seem silly, but I have peace of mind that my belongings are safe and sound!
We inquired of the rental space sizes and was very pleased with the deal we received for renting two. The security is top notch. Also the 1st month is free! Period. Their truck was very nice and comfortable to drive and we paid per mile only. That's it. We highly recommend you check with them for any storage needs.
We called on Thursday, to get some information, and Jennifer was patient and professional. She answered all our questions and offered some much appreciated suggestions. We went in on Friday to secure our storage space, and again, Jennifer was great. They allow new customers, with verified auto insurance, for the first 30 days of storage, to use their moving van (~10X14), and charge only for mileage! When we moved our things in on Saturday, Tena and Jennifer were both on duty, and were both great. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
The office people are always very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well maintained.
Tena was exceptional! She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had never rented a storage with inside units. I’m glad I did. It felt secure, even when I came to the storage after dark. I would recommend to others.
