Olivia and Jasmine made such an amazing impact in welcoming me to Extra Storage. Moving and divorce has been a nightmare and they made my day by making me laugh and smile through out the whole rental process. They should definitely get a raise or bonus!!! Olivia helped me and my family move into a massive unit for a good deal. She showed us two because the lightbulb in one wasn’t working. We didn’t mind at all but she insisted, very professional. Very sweet and happy she moved here to VA. Storage units are tall. Which makes them stand out from basically everywhere else. Safe location. Overall super happy. Even when we downsize we will still try to use this location
The best experience I could have wanted. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. I was in a bad way and stressed. They assured me and took much of the pressure off my shoulders. I will and have recommended them for their storage needs.
