While looking for a unit to rent, I spoke with Karlee at your Chesapeake location # 25942.nShe went above and beyond to help me find the size and price I could afford, and not only on her location. She checked other locations also. That, to me shows what real customer service is all about!! Hats off and a big thank you to Karlee. She is a class act!!

Lakisha was great. Every time I call she addresses me by name and shows me that she cares about my business. I also ran into Britney last Sunday and she was very friendly

Karlee at this location is amazing ! This girl seriously deserves a promotion. Give this girl the DM spot because after even talking with Brian she was way more helpful and took time to explain / talk to me about things .nnDO NOT GO TO THE OTHER LOCATION ON BATTLEFIELD UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH RUTHS RUDE ATTITUDE ! that’s where I originally set up my storage .... and Will never set foot in that office . Hopefully Brian has done some serious training with her and has improved her customer service . Seems like they have someone fake the reviews because Ruth is not at all helpful or nice . Luckily karlee was as the saving grace . Even with Brian being no help and having to drive further to use the other location because of Ruth’s attitude I decided to try things for a bit longer before searching for a new storage complaint . KARLEE IS THE ONLY REASON I AM STILL A CUSTOMER HERE , I can not say enough good things about this girl . She really deserves some kind of raise / promotion for her customer service ! You really need more people like her working in your offices !

This Public Storage facility location, presentation and preparation for the client is outstanding. The staff on-site is outstanding and attentive to the client. I highly recommendation this Public Storage location for anyone needing that type of facility in Chesapeake, VA.
