Combo plates with enchilada and burrito are just corn and out wraps, respectively, stuffed with ground beef. No rice, beans, onions, cheese...nothing but wrap, meat and some red, cinnamon flavored sauce on enchilada. Wife said margarita was basic and average. A lot of better Mexican restaurants around.
I saw this place going into food lion the other day. They were SO packed. I figured I’d go see what the hype was about and I’m not at all disappointed.nnCustomer service was amazing. They are very sweet. And the food is great.nnI will continue eating here.

MY FAMILIES FAVORITE MEXICAN SPOT! Prices are awesome and food is even better. We were heart broken when they closed down their last location on Battlefield and were in search of a New Mexican restaurant. After a few failed attempts to find something that even comes close to comparing to El Toro Loco we discovered that they opened this location in the Food Lion shopping area! Best thing that came out of 2020!
Currently just picking up orders due to my possibility of picking up coronavirus. I'm extremely vulnerable. Food is excellent. Have eaten there for over 10 years.
