They came out and a very fashionable time frame and did great work. Had my water back up and running in no time at all. Would definitely recommend this place to the next guy and will be using them again very soon to replace my hot water heater. Great people. Great work.

Hunter (plumbing tech 7200) was very kind and professional in explaining my options to fix a shower leak from my master bathroom that created a bit of ceiling damage. To help save on costs, he educated me about the process, my options and caulked the shower drain to prevent further leaks. He also reassured me if any leaking continues once I re-run the shower again that I can call back for assistance. Thank you! A++++ service! I also really appreciated water restoration services for stopping by shortly before to assess the damage with a water thermal reader device. Super helpful and I will leverage this company again or refer to family and friends. Very knowledgable and courteous. Thanks again!

Mike did a great job repairing my sump pump. He was very patient thought out the entire process. Mike was quick and professional and I would highly recommend going with Roto-Rooter if you require any plumbing services. If anything ever comes up anywhere else in my home, I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you Mike, I really appreciate the great work.

Alonzo #1678 did a great job fixing the leak we had in our water intake valve for our toilet. We then found that the issue with our toilets slow drip wasn’t the leak, but the fill mechanism in the basin. He helped me handle that matter as well and now I have a functioning toilet again.nnQuick note. I was originally skeptical about all of the reviews with the names at the top. Their customer service rating system is done through Google. So the only way my man Alonzo gets credit for doing a good job is by mentioning his name. That’s why all of these reviews sound like “[Name] did a great job.”nnThat being said, it was a tad pricey. Alonzo fixed my problem that I couldn’t solve, at $508. Overall, the service was good, and there is a six month guarantee.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, technical expertise, and timeliness displayed during my plumbing disaster. My main line was clogged ensuring no toilets would flush or showers would drain. Once the service technician arrived, the clog was removed in less than 30 minutes. Chaz did a wonderful job and took the time to answer any questions I had.
