I can't give enough praise to Jordan Moore and his staff to describe my positive experience as a PT client. The facility is convenient with easy access and there is plenty of parking. It is always clean, neat and the staff are diligent with sanitizing the equipment after each use. They have it set up so there is exceedingly enough social-distance between each client and are mindful in their efforts to keep everyone healthy. Jordon and his staff are friendly and maintain a high level of professionalism between each other and clients all the while making them feel welcomed. With his extensive educational background, knowledge, and training, Jordon easily shares this with clients and puts it to good use in treating them. I entered treatment with the goal of preventing my back pain from getting worse and to acquire skills that will help me maintain/improve my strength. I came away with my goal met and a decrease in pain. I will definitely return should I need physical therapy again and it is where I will refer my friends and family. I highly recommend Jordon Moore at Phoenix Physical Therapy Chesapeake!!

The staff at Phoenix were so welcoming. I had a great experience calling to setup my first appointment. The receptionists was warm and very attentive. The atmosphere is very positive and every person was very friendly. Jordan is an amazing therapist. He is very knowledgeable and always provided me with clear directions. I highly recommend using this clinic!

Professional staff. Very personable. My therapy went very well. Everything step was fully explained. The therapists listened very attentively to all my issues.nnOffice staff very professional. Ensured I had appointments scheduled and followed up phone calls every time.nnI would definitely use this group again.

I was not sure of going to a physical therapy session of whom I had no prior knowledge of. However, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and beautiful atmosphere and equipment inside. The physical location of this facility was a great choice and easily accessible.nMy personal experience was exceptional. The owner and head therapist. Jordan, was very professional in his approach and assessment of my physical needs.nEach of the employees were professiona,l yet warm in their approach to me as well as others who were there at certain times.nInfection control and prevention procedures were excellent!nThank you, Jordan for isolating the areas which seem to be my worst issues! This information will be key to my next steps when I see my orthopedic surgeon!nI highly recommend this group to anyone needing physical therapy!

I had a great experience at Phoenix Physical Therapy. The physical therapists were kind, friendly, well-educated, great at listening, and knew exactly how to help me. Also, the facility was always clean, and the equipment was always sanitized. I definitely recommend this place.
