I am a new patient at this location. The front office staff made me feel at home and I felt very welcomed. My first visit I met my therapist(Ryan) he was so kind and sweet. Ryan took time to see what was wrong and I did not feel like I was rushed at all. He explained what he was doing and what needs to be accomplished. I felt very comfortable and I could ask any questions if needed. Ryan talked about all the exercises in depth and helped me learn them. My second visit was as great as the first visit. I talked to him about the rough year I had and he had compassion and was just letting me talk about it. Other staff members were helping and they were just as nice as Ryan was with getting things for me. I highly recommend this therapy place and promise that you will be happy. I could not of asked for a better staff that made me feel welcomed, a very clean environment and a comfortable place to be.

My husband was a patient and all of the therapists are excellent, but Eric Mack stood out. He is caring, professional, and knowledgeable. He always took the time to explain everything to both me and my husband. Would highly recommend this group.

My experiences at Southeastern Physical Therapy Kingsborough have been good ones. The staff are very friendly and my therapist is very knowledgeable with regard to my treatments. I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Following each of my shoulder surgeries, I had an amazing recovery with the dedicated and professional staff at this location. Every time I walked in the door I was greeted with warmth and caring. My therapist was always encouraging and focused on my needs. When I went to my follow-up with my surgeon he was very pleased with my progress. Obviously my experience at this facility was excellent!

I came to Eric with back and shoulder pain. He was great, always showed concern about the pain and endeavored to ease the issues. I found out I had more problems with my shoulder and back through ex-rays and mri's. I had a major repair of my rotor cuff and shots in my back (two slipped disk and a herniated disk. The back and shoulder have been repaired and ready for therapy. I came back to Eric because he showed me that he had great compassion about my welfare and to get me on the right track. Now that my surgery is complete I look forward the working with him again. Eric is an exceptional person and I trust him.
