I’m only giving 5 stars for the lady who helped me. I believe her name was Margarita. She was funny and helpful and fixed my issue in like two minutes. Trying to call for help is super taxing. The other time I came in before also wasn’t an easy situation either. Again, the five stars are just for the nice lady who helped me. Hoping to give recognition to someone who makes having to deal with annoying parking things credit ud83dude02

Just trying to add a vehicle to my already existing parking pass and it’s been over 3 weeks since my initial request.

I’ve had a parking pass issue for over a week, have contacted parking services, had my leasing office contact parking services multiple times, yet the issue is still unresolved. Parking services say they will look into it, they say they will update their system, but it hasn’t been fixed.
