My mother-in-law came out of the facility worse than she went in. If you care about your loved ones, find another facility for them. If zero stars were an option, that's what I would have selected. They missed that she had a uti that ultimately caused her to become septic and failed to administer comprehensive therapy for her overall wellness. Now she is so week, she literally puddles to the floor when trying to stand.
This is one of the best facilities I have had the pleasure of working with. The staff's professionalism, coupled with their willingness to serve is exemplary. Their devotion to the resident's care is a highlight of this center.
This facility does not take care of their patients needs, the nurses on night shift let my sister lay in her own bowel movement for hours at the time. She could not help herself and they refused (Amy) to help her to the bathroom and clean her up. No one answers the phone at this facility at night or weekends so you cannot call to get help for your loved one. I was able to take food to my sister but by the time they got it to her it was cold. I DO NOT recommend this facility for any ones loved ones.
The people that work at the center are very hardworking, they are always very welcoming when entering the building. Their staff always works really hard to make their patients comfortable and make it feel like home even if s/he are there temporarily. Everyone in the building makes an effort at teamwork and does a really good job at it.
I have known the executive director at the building for awhile now and he is a stellar guy. The facility has great staff and takes good care of their residents. The company CCR fosters a great family oriented environment and shows a lot of support.
