I have used this pharmacy for over 14 years. I've always had good service. Today, I did not. I don't know what is going on their. I had 2 rx's faxed their from minor care. I went directly over their and told them they were just faxed and gave them my ph. # . I would be waiting in the parking lot. Over an hour later I go back through the drive through and ask about rx's. She checked and asked if I could come back tomorrow, they could not fill it completely. So, I asked for part of it, it is vertigo med and I needed it. Then I asked about 2 nd rx and they said they didn't get it. They were sent together! I finally told them, forget it, and I'm not coming back. He smiles and says ok, see you later!!! Their people skills have sadly been lost i guess.

Love the convenience of the drive thru pick up. Outstanding customer service and I really like the mobile app for RX refills.

I love Owl pharmacy. They are professional, friendly and very helpful. Owl Tri-State Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since I was a child and will continue to be my only pharmacy. Thank you for the wonderful grade A service.

Although they are discontinuing the gift shop aspect of the store the pharmacy is PREMIERE. They provide excellent care and pay mind to your existing prescriptions when dispensing. Plus they're mom and pop! Buy local!

I love this store the sales staff are excellent. So sad to see it go. It was a grate place to shop at while whating for my med to be filed.
