I've used savon for 10 years but hadn't filled a prescription in 2 years. Dislocated my shoulder and broke my arm, after orthopedic appt. I took a prescription for pain rx to be filled. Completely new staff. The male pharmacist told me it would be a few HOURS! I told him that was unbelievable as I left. When I got home I called a different pharmacy and they told me they could fill it in 30 minutes. I immediately called savon and told them not to fill it and was coming to pick up the script. The female tech said the pharmacist had prioritized it and would be ready in 20 minutes. My son went to pick it up and the pharmacist told him it would be a few hours! My son told him of the call and MIRACULOUSLY it was ready 10 minutes later! I will NEVER use savon again.
