Just moved to area, needed the experts to help me get my uniform on point for check in to new unit. Was greeted by very friendly lady who took great care of me and was nice to talk to. My issue is with their company that actually dry cleans the clothing. First trip, dress shirt came back with a stain from the machine. Brought it right back, they were apologetic and offered to fix it no charge and have it next day for me. Second pick up, this is how I receive the shirt. Wrinkles and creases in all the wrong spots. Friendliness and willingness to serve is great, but if the quality isn’t there, what’s the point. 2 stars because the service is great. 0 stars for the quality of the product. Will find new dry cleaners.

Having been going here for years. Wonderful lady running the location. Always kind and respectful. I've had alterations done here too. No problems.

Just moved into the area and needed a new dry cleaner. Found Albanos and David was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Super friendly and helpful to get me into the system quickly. Walked me through the process and how to be a VIP customer.

I was trying to get a quote for an alteration that I needed on my daughters dress. The young lady that I spoke to took my name and phone number so she could get that estimate for me. She called me back within 10 minutes. She was unable to get the estimate at that time but she did give me some great advice and suggestions. I will be taking my dry cleaning in to this location, simply for the incredible customer service I received on the phone.
