It's a great option for 24hr service. Just the people that come in & out are questionable at times. One guy came in this morning not even washing asking a lady for a ride. Like that's uncomfortable especially with her being alone. But he walked around ranting about whatever before leaving. So if there was some way to help people feel secure rent while washing their clothes. That would be great. TnnThanks
This is by far the very best laudromatt I have been to in Portsmouth, VA. Best to come with an open mind and be ready to get a laundry card. Machines can do a lot with little soap, and dryers dry very well the portions they are made to take. Great Job Wash House!
Ok everyone so a few weeks ago my dryer started going crazy lol, it dries clothes but it rumbles out of control. I couldnt stand the noise anymore so I washed all of my clothes at home and then took them over to the wash house to dry. When it walked in there was plenty if space for all patrons and plenty of clean washers and dryers of different sizes per the needs you may have. I did notice the floor was littered with old dryer sheets and trash, but not too long after that some started cleaning. I dont know about other laundry places but its very cheep. 30 cents for 6 min. Over all I had a great experience and the other customers were polite and in good spirits. The WASH HOUSE GETS AN A+

Kinda greedy that they raised their prices during this pandemic. Especially when about 25% of their machines were marked out of order, or should have been marked out of order. Then there is the fact that there was no on site worker to make sure all was good with the current customers, and the cleanliness of their facility.nNot over all was able to get my laundry done
