The washland on Military highway is without a doubt the nicest laundry facility I've seen. Its always clean and the ladies are helpful and polite. I've done my own laundry several times but working crazy shifts keeps me busy. So I would drop my laundry off to be done by the great ladies that work there. Now I'm very picky about my laundry and I wasn't sure if it was a service I trusted others to do. I was in complete shock at how neatly everything was folded and they smelt amazing I never left any kind of instructions on what to hang or fold. These ladies had all of my scrubs neatly hanging in sets all of my nurses jackets were hanging and I don't know if they realized at the time but that little extra time and effort to realize that I needed those to look nice meant the world to me. Know there's one lady that I see every time I go. She is truly one of the reasons I keep going back. Her name is Cheryl. I do not know Cheryl in fact I had to call and get her name for this review but Cheryl has been great. She has always treated me with the kindness that I try to treat people with. What a great employee you have in Cheryl and you are pretty lucky to have her as a team member.nnGreat job ladies
It was a great, quiet experience. The washers are reasonably priced. There was social distancing and sitting roomnPeople were polite and friendly as they were handling their business. Thank you
I like to share from a disabled person's POV. I have been coming here for 2 years. There are (2) ♿ handicap parking spaces in the front of the building and a cement ramp into the side entrance. Automatic doors. Woo-hoo! They have a large selection of. washers and dryers. There is a cash/credit-debit card to ud83dudcb3 machine card system.nThey also sell laundry soap, dryer sheets.nI choose early morning weekdays to avoid the crowds on the weekends. The women who staff the place clean it like it was their own homes and their Moms were coming over! If you find someone left a mess, please be kind enough to let them know. Don't assume they are lazy. They are taking orders, fixing machines, answering questions, the phone, washing clothes, sweeping, etc.nI also use the drop off service for those times I can't manage. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cheryl has more than once, carried my drop off bags to my car, saving me extremely painful trips back and forth since I can only carry one bag at a time. Decent prices, good service. Here to stay.
Cheryl was a ray of sunshine in my day this AM! It’s been a while since I’ve used a laundromat so I wasn’t up to date on the machines and how they work. She helped me with my purchase of a laundry card and the best machine to suit my laundry needs. Cheryl greeted everyone with courtesy and a friendly attitude. I’m visiting from another state and Googled this location and glad I did! Thank you for a pleasant experience!
Very simple and basic laundry Matt theachines don't take traditional quarry's they have stepped there game up and use a cards that you get from the machine and upload you funds to then be able to wash and dry your cloths.
