This is my FAVORITE Auto Part store and it's all because of the customer service. I have several trucks and often have to look for parts and not once have they failed to help me. They show true commitment to getting you the right part and that they care for the customer. Can't recommend them enough. No discount can beat a great customer experience and 100% satisfaction.
The last couple of times I have been there are called I keep getting the same rude woman who is always short with her answer and NEVER helpful other then to point in the general direction of what you need then don't bother to help any further than that. The Colonial Heights store is far better and so is the customer service. The one lady I have talked with several times always has a smile and don't mind talking to her customers. She will even take you to where you need to go to to find what you need.
Advanced Auto has an interesting solution for the folks who still haven't gotten the message about wearing masks. If you need some auto parts you should check it out. And wear a mask, PLEASE!
