I was in line getting cash from my winning scratch off tickets, the older chinese/korean guy handed my winnings and i said i wanted more tickets with the cash I've just won, he told me to step out the line so he could attend to the next customer behind me so i did. After he finished attending to her i asked him why did he do that; obviously I was still in line and he gave me some excuse of she had groceries and I emphasized to him that that's not customer service. The situation left me with mix feelings: was my money not good enough or due to me being a black male in the way of attending to the Caucasian female behind me or was it cultural; something that they do in their country or it might just be a big misunderstanding. Needless to say customer service trumps everything and you must treat everyone the same. We must all try to take care of each other during this pademic.
Be careful. The last time I used my card was from here and I had to stop some credit fraud where my card was used to buy products I wasn't buying.
Gave clerk a $20 bill I just got from the grocery store. It was for $8 of lottery tickets. She only gave me $2 back. I told her I should have gotten $12 back. She was arguing with me that I was wrong. I went to my car and looked at the grocery receipt and they did give me $20 back. Do not pay cash at this gas station!!!!
Always friendly and courteous staff eager to please their customers. I shop frequently there. Quality products. Leave a store with a smile for a change.Thats another great perk to coming to the shell at cedar and s.battlefield
Very good place try to make my place for gas. I have a rewards card there. But would go with out the discount.
