Horrible service in the front, I’m not sure if their front office was just having a bad day or if that was normal for them. I definitely recommend picking one of the many other options available for your appointment. Not only will you get in faster with another provider, you’ll also probably be treated better. Which is exactly what happened when I took my daughter to another doctor.

I went here for a routine health screening, and the staff was efficient and pleasant to deal with. The majority of my interaction was with Joy, and her manner kept me at ease as if she was a longtime friend.

I prefer come to the Chesapeake Health department for check ups because Wanda makes me feel so comfortable when I visit and goes above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs. Thanks for a great experience.

Wonderful experience. They do their best to get me the biggest discounts and have very compassionate hearts. I love the staff. The head nurse and front desk remembered me after several months of not being there.

The black lady with the gray hat at the front desk this morning refused to help my 6month old son get his shots because I didn't have any shot records. He had never had immunizations there before and I told her I could get them from the pediatrician and she told me they had no way to access it. Another lady came up and asked what was going on and she too said they couldn't give him his shots today. They wouldn't even let me fill out the paperwork for it. I left in tears because they couldn't help my baby.
