I Spent 43 minutes stuck in the drive thru and still did not get all the medication that was ordered by the doctor 7 hours before. Only having 1 person on the cash register is ridiculous. I thought the drive through was supposed to be quick. Do they want sick people walking through the grocery?

This Kroger pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been affiliated with!. This is the second time my doctor has CALLED a prescription in and hours later it had not been filled. The first time I kept going up to the window and the assistant told me noone had called in a prescription. I checked back every 15 min 4 times and the 4th time the pharmacist told she had some voice mails she had not listened to. One of the messages was for mine. If they had a zero for a rating I would give them a zero!

The SLOOOOOOWEST pharmacy around! We have given them 3 chances. It should not take one hour to give us our prescription that is already filled, that they contacted us saying it is ready, that we called to verify it was ready to pick up.nnWe LOVE the grocery store side, the bakery is amazing and the florist is also wonderful!

Always understaffed. My prescription called in two days ago. I call at 10:30am. They said I can pick up 6 hours later. I call later to check on it and the pharmacist never processed my script. I'm sorry they are busy but why does the customer have to pay the price and wait a whole day to get it filled. Also I can't transfer to another pharmacy without jumping through 100 hoops.
