This has to be the worst cvs in the area. I was on hold for 9 minutes and 42 seconds. I walked up to the counter and both pharmacy techs are in the back filing orders. I asked why was I on hold so long with no one coming back with both of you back there and no one is on the phone. I got a deer in the head lights look then a bunch of excuses. I understand your filling orders but it takes 2 seconds to pick up the phone and say we are still here and sorry for the wait. This is not the first time either ! It was so much better before it changed to cvs
They are absolutely phenomenal here! They will bend over backwards to help and are always pleasant.
They don’t take Tricare which is military insurance. People walk the streets safely bc of our men and women in the military and this is how CVS responds. Staff member was rude when I gave her my daughters name. She looked at me as if I was a burden. Then tried to send me to Walmart since they don’t take Tricare. I don’t even shop at Walmart for normal stuff why would I go there for prescriptions? Why assume that about a customer. Wow. I won’t be doing business with CVS ever again.
