How do you keep someone in an emergency on hold for 30 minutes.. This is HORRIBLE. I guess it's easy to do when its not your family in need.. Horrible customer service
As a person who is from out-of-town ---- on an unexpected matter, I was very grateful to the person who helped me have a prescription, which was sent from my doctor to the Winchester, VA CVS, filled and ready for pickup here in Chesapeake. Very pleasant staff. Thank you.
