Although the store staff is great, your pharmacy staff are rude, condescending and arrogant. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. In person, I spoke to one of the store associates and passed this on, she mentioned that a variety of people have complained about this also. If that’s the case, something should be done…

The worst customer service. Every woman I’ve ever talked to in the pharmacy has been so rude and always sounds so miserable. They should be thankful they even have a job!

I have used this store for many years. Recently the pharmacist retired, (Buddy) and a new person has taken his place. My first interaction when I just received my prescription was anything but what I had became used to. My doctor prescribed medicine to take twice a day a quantity of 60. Same as I have been getting. When I got home I discovered I had 30 vials. I called and spoke with the new person and he said each vial contains 2 mill and 30 of those amounts to 60 which is the qty prescribed. Really?? The doctor prescribed 2 mill twice a day and then he told that's all I have gotten in the past, I think I know how many boxes I have gotten in the past and I don't need your attitude after I drove 30 miles just to continue to use that store. I will miss the other folks there that have been so nice in the past but my wife and I will not be returning
