Minute clinic miss leading billing and miss informed physicians(but all in all physicians are great!) . My wife went For an appointment and before she agreed to submit a test to a lab for testing she asked the physician what will be the total cost with the testing and all. She came back and said ALL INCLUDED about $150 or so so we said ok that’s cool let’s do the test. 3 weeks later we get another bill for $339 from lab Corp.................

Speaking for myself, the staff, as a whole in the pharmacy are very nice and kind and always have been. Though they are understaffed and there is always a wait or seem to be out of meds a lot. However coming from Florida 7 years ago, that seems to be a problem no matter what kind of store you shop here.

There is absolutely and positively no one answering the phone at the pharmacy ever! I have already had a 13 minute wait followed by a 11 minute wait and as I am writing this review I am on my 23rd minute of waiting! Sad part about this is I am answering their phone call

I’m pretty sure this testing site will be the result of VA entering the red zone. After a flight from CA to VA, barely knowing the area, and have to depend on badly hand written signs to guide me. I finally arrive at my 1pm testing appointment at 1:05pm due to me realizing the signs said park here, so I moved my car trying to follow rules only for the lady to tell me I missed my 1pm appointment. ud83dudc40 like there’s a deadly virus going around. I repeated the time 1:05 ? and she said rescheduled. I just walked away. I’m pretty sure she had no appointments that day as it looked usually empty which confused me.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that. The store is fine, the pharmacy is horrible. They are always understaffed , disorganized and most of the staff is rude. They don't answer the phone, the lines are always long and the wait is ridiculous. They started off great, just got too big for their own good. If they don't start staffing appropriately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
