I call and I’m on hold for 10 mins then when they finally pick up the assistant pharmacist speaking so fast that all I got out of it was something about system being down and then she hung up on me. I didn’t get a chance to say a word. I just left there from picking up my prescriptions and they didn’t give me all of them. So I was just calling to tell them that. Rude and very unprofessional. People like that should think about how they would feel if it happened to them. Smh
Nice pharmacy, good customer service, Patrick the manager very helpful, I get my photos printed there good quality, store is very clean and well stocked, they have sanitizer for shopping, I will definitely go back,
Just called about a prescription and they said they hadn't received it yet, so I called my doctor and they told me they called it in, so I asked them to call them again, the doctor called me back and said yes they did get it. CVS is the worst pharmacy ever, but I have no choice but to use them because of insurance purposes.
I'm trying to get in touch with them. They kept me on hold for 30mins. What is the problem
