Good luck calling the pharmacy and getting someone to answer. This is my second day in a row calling this place and no one answers. I keep getting an endless loop of elevator music. It doesn't even give any estimate of how long the wait time is. You just hear music, then you hear phone ring a couple of times, you get happy thinking someone is finally answering but then the music comes back. So I just called another Walgreens (on Military Hwy) and they answered within one minute (as the automated service said they would) and I was able to start the process to get my prescription transferred.

Pharmacy is horrible. Its either attitude or incompetency take your pick. No patience, lack of care and consistent sighing is what the pharmacy offers.nnThe rest of the store is not bad, usually greeted. But the pharmacy is that bad that I in good conscience cannot give them more than one star.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. There always seems to be some kind of issue with my prescription refills, even though they’re the same, month after month. I truly hope they aren’t this slow with life-saving meds. I’m going to transfer my prescriptions to a different Walgreens location. I’ve had great experiences at other locations.

I like the store but the man who checked me out was rude. I was with a family member and he was mumbling and they asked if he could repeat what he said and he had an attitude. I would consider finding a new job if you don’t like to interact with the public... again the store it’s self was great but definitely need to do some evaluations with the employees.

Do not go here if you need medication filled in a timely manner. Urgent care called in medication. Waited an hour to go pick it and was told it would be at least another 30 minutes because there were lots of people ahead of me... although no one was in the pharmacy area, no one at the drive up. I stated the level of pain I was in and asked if there was any way to get it sooner and was met with a simple “No”. Ridiculously low level of customer service.
