After checking online first, I found everything I needed easily.
Happy holidays to all that reads this I went to this location last night and it was to be expected not really much for the holiday or should I say New year's a lot of the merchandise had already been purchased but overall the staff was willing to assist the store was not cluttered the atmosphere was inviting the location was ideal plenty of parking if you are ever in the city of Chesapeake Portsmouth boulevard area Chesapeake square area stop by and say hello pick up something for your next event they would love to serve you happy holidays
Staff was friendly. Helped me find what I was looking for.
They were out of most of the balloon stock. Store looks messy shelves looked dirty. The customer service was okay at best.
