This place was very helpful to me and my family and it really came in handy when my mom moved into a new apartment and didn't have proper storage. Also the staff was always very friendly whenever I needed to make a payment, and the building as well as my unit were pretty clean. If you are ever low on space and need a unit, I highly recommend Life Storage!

I moved to this area 8 years ago and have stored some of my most precious valuables with this company during the entire time..nnThe staff is honest and cares for the welfare of their customers first. In addition, their facilities are not only pest free, they are super clean and superbly managed by a trustworthy team who will not prey on or steal your items like some other storage chains in the area.nnIf you are looking for a first class storage in the Richmond area, Life Storage - Bailey Bridge, is the answer! Lauren is phenomenal as she helped me close out this 8-year process expeditiously and I appreciate her high level of professionalism. If I ever need storage again, without hesitation, I’d definitely go back to this facility.
