From the very beginning I was met with a pleasant voice on the phone. Debbie was so kind and courteous and answered all of my questions. When I went into the facility the staff were great, patient, warm and willing to walk me through the process as if each customer was special. I've used moving facilities in the past, but my experience at Mini Price Storage was truly priceless and professional. I left feeling my belongings would be as safe and secure as if they were in my own home.
Whole process went smooth. Was even able to use their trunk to move my stuff for free. Very pleased with service.
The Staff is always helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean and I feel safe here.

Moving is the worst — especially when your downsizing. Having Mini Price Storage is like having another set of helping hands — without judgment. Mini Storage helped me to get rid of things without pushing me to decide quickly. I was able to keep, discard, and gift things I couldn’t do by myself . AND PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION TOO. 2 thumbs up
